Do not buy from this company!!


I bought a coupon from Groupon for two Shamballa bracelets from Bo-Vida on Dec 23, 2011. It stated that there would be a 10-15 day wait on delivery. I emailed on Jan 15 asking about my order. I received a reply stating they were busy and would get my order out as soon as possible. I received ONE bracelet a few days later. I emailed Bo-vida every day with no reply regarding the second bracelet. I contacted Groupon and only then did Bo-vida get back to me saying another bracelet would be mailed out on Jan 28. I still have not received the second bracelet!! I have again emailed almost every day with no reply! Only when I sent a message saying I would take further action did I get a reply. They have offered a refund or a second bracelet!! It is the lack of communication that frustrates me. Someone is obviously checking the emails because I get a reply as soon as further action is mentioned. I will NOT buy from this company again and I will not recommend it to family, friends or acquaintances!!

I unfortunatly did not see this review before ordering from this company via KGB vouchers,I ordered a Android tablet at the beginning of November 2012 Thats when th e problems started.Bo-Vida sent an E-Mail to over 300 other buyers,displaying all the names and e-mail addresses,I have continuosly received e-mails from these people,telling me how bad there purchase has been.When I received the table I sent it back straight away. And now have to wait for a refund , all of this had been a complete fiasco .

I bought a android 4 tablet and bundle, still not been sent. Been told they will send it.5 wks later still waiting, contacted them through email on many occasions with no success.Just want a refund, as there obviously not going to send my product. Rip of company.contacted consumer affairs now.so see if that helps.

I have not ordered anything from Bo-Vida, however, are they connected with RR Discounts. I ordered a 32GB SD from this company via KGB on 4th March 2012. I have not received it and I have had the same communication problems as your other people complaining about Bo-Vida.

I wish I read this before. I phoned to make sure I received the goods I ordered as a Mothers Day Special in time!, Mothers Day came and went with several emails later and phone calls to them, I received an email saying "the goods were returned, is your address correct?". I had sent the order email with all of the details of my address and goods on it at the bottom of each email. I think I would of noticed if my address was incorrect.
Anyway there it is, I sent another email saying when will I receive the goods.
please help me get all monies back or the goods I ordered.
